Do I need an appointment?
Not for an oil change or an inspection: walk in to the Quick Service Lane, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. For repairs, request a check-in online or call (530) 755-9700 and a service advisor confirms the time.
What happens when I schedule online?
You pick a check-in day and time and tell us what the vehicle needs. A service advisor confirms it by call, text or email. Check-in is when you hand over the keys; the technician starts after you approve the written estimate.
What warranty comes with a repair?
Most repairs carry a 24-month / 24,000-mile warranty on parts and labor. More than 25 miles from the shop, covered repairs are honored through the FMP Partners Network. Most GM remanufactured engines and transmissions carry 3 years / 100,000 miles.
How much is a smog check, and are you a STAR station?
A smog check is $50.00 plus the $8.25 state certificate for 2000 and newer cars and light trucks, no appointment needed. We are a licensed Test and Repair station, not a STAR station: if your DMV notice requires STAR, the test is done elsewhere, and if it fails we can diagnose and repair it here.
Do you work on makes other than GM?
Yes. Chevrolet, GMC, Buick and Cadillac are serviced with GM's own tools and parts, and Ford, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Ram, Jeep, Subaru, Tesla and the rest of our 23 makes get the same technicians and the same warranty.
Is there a shuttle, and do you speak Spanish?
Yes to both. The free courtesy shuttle covers all of Yuba City and Marysville out to the E Street bridge, and Spanish is spoken at the counter.
