How long will it take to complete the repairs?

We try to complete most repairs the same day or the fallowing business day. If this is not possible we will advise you in advance.

How much will it cost?

Each service and/or repair is unique for each year make and model of vehicle.  Our prices are fair and competitive.  Please consult your service advisor for a written estimate. 

Is my vehicle safe at your location?

Absolutely, Our facility has a state of art security system,  24x7 monitoring inside and outside and 16 HD surveillance cameras running around the clock.

Is there a charge to check out my car?

Most concerns with your vehicle will require the inspection and diagnostics of one of our professional service technicians and an associated fee will be charged. Some services like fluid levels, tire pressures and other routine checks are free of charge. 

Do I need an appointment for a repair?

We strongly recommend scheduling an appointment in advance when at all possible.  Otherwise stop on in.

What credit cards do you take?

We accept all major credit cards 

We also accept all major Fleet Service cards, GSA and Voyager

 

Why does my car need maintenance if it's running fine?

Regular maintenance of your vehicle protects your investment, helps to prevent breakdowns, and will help prevent costly repairs in the future.

What will happen if I don't have the repairs done right now?

Some repairs can be deferred to a later date. However deferring some repairs may render your vehicle unsafe or could be detrimental to other components and systems in vehicle. Your service advisor should be able to instruct you on which services should and should not be deferred. 

What Should I Do When My Check Engine Lights Come On?

You should always consult your owners manual for all dash board warning lights. A steady on Check Engine Light should be diagnosed by a technician as soon as possible.  If the Check Engine Light is flashing cease operation as soon as it safe. 

How Often Should I Have My Brakes Checked?

Consult your vehicle owners manual in the maintenance and service section. Most manufactures recommend performing a complete vehicle inspection at each service including the brakes. 

What Type of Oil Does My Car Need?

Choose an oil with the vehicle manufacture's recommended viscosity and API rating (check your owner's manual)

What is Your Warranty?

Most all repairs we offer carry a minimum of a 24 month / 24,000 Mile Warranty.  Some repairs and services offer extended warraty periods up to 36 months / 100,000 Miles.
